An industry player is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.

 

This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

 

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering and presenting project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:​

• Proven track record of managing projects in the public sector.

• Experience in leading successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:​

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Utilise project management tools (Jira, Workday) to track progress and manage workflows.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

• Present project findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant parties.
