1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • You have not excessively used or abused the service in a way that violates our Terms of Service.

  • Your refund request is based on a genuine dissatisfaction or technical issue that we are unable to resolve in a reasonable timeframe.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.

  • Services that have been fully delivered and consumed.

  • Accounts that have been suspended due to policy violations.

  • Downloadable or digital content (if clearly marked as non-refundable at purchase).

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request.

  3. Our support team will respond within 3 business days with a decision or a request for more information.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

5. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that  are of suspected fraud or misuse. However, we aim to be fair and will review each request individually.
